Shipping Policy

USPS Shipping Only

All supply orders are shipped using USPS Priority or First Class Mail and you can expect to receive your order within 3 business days but please expect shipping delays as it is very common.

Glamour Berries products are related to food handling and therefore are not eligible for returns.


Please confirm size/measurements before completing your purchase.

Processing Time - Supply Orders

Supply orders are processed and delivered to the USPS Post Office on the next business day. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed.

Processing Time - Custom Treats


Only the themes/designs shown on our website are available for shipping. We will not accept customized orders for out of town shipping.

>Please mention your Event Date  at Checkout

***Recommendations for shipments***
>You should only place an order if your event is 14 or more days away. 

>Summer/Warm climates - Highly recommend you plan on being at the delivery location to avoid package sitting outdoors. 
>Store treats in a cool, dry place such as a pantry.
>Suggest keeping in an area where the temperature remains between 65-70 degrees.

>We are NOT responsible for melted treats.  
>Ice packs are included in your shipping cost.
>Each item is individually bubbled wrapped.
>Tracking number is provided once order has been shipped.  Please track your shipment like a hawk! Please ensure it's not left outdoors in the heat or direct sunlight.

>Main Ingredients: Store bought Candy Melts, Fondant, Oreos, Pretzels, Rice Krispies
>Other ingredients: Food coloring, Vegetable Oil
>Allergy Warning: Please note that all products are prepared in a kitchen that may contain allergens such as milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and wheat.

Lost Orders

Once your order has been dropped off at the post office, Glamour Berries is no longer responsible for your package. USPS can be reached by calling 1-800-275-8777.


Glamour Berries is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Glamour Berries is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers. 

Refunds will not be issued for any of the aforementioned reasons.
